I'm a Somatic Practitioner trained in Integrative Somatic Trauma Therapy, Somatic Experiencing® and trained in multiple body-based trauma healing modalities. 

I help women ease chronic stress and overthinking through somatic healing.

Here’s the thing: The way you quiet your mind & ease overwhelm isn’t through more thinking, it’s through the body.

I know exactly how a brilliant, self-aware mind can keep you stuck — because I had one.

I spent years worrying about what others thought, ruminating over past experiences, and analyzing everything I felt. I studied psychology, earned a master's in mindfulness, meditated, and studied breathwork. I gained insight and found some relief — but my core patterns didn't truly shift.

It wasn't until I found somatic healing that everything changed.

Now I'm a woman whose mind is clear and present. My posture is soft but self-assured. I feel joy — and I don't question whether I deserve it. I rest before I collapse. My relationships are grounded in loving boundaries, where my "no" feels as good as my "yes." I don't overthink it anymore. I let it be.

That shift didn't come from understanding myself better. It came from learning to work with my body, not just my mind.

This is the work I now do with you.

  • While I am certified in somatic trauma therapy, this is not traditional therapy. Somatic healing is a holistic approach to transformation — one that integrates body and mind.

    Traditional therapy often focuses on the mind. But our experiences, especially the painful ones, are also held in the body. This work helps your body change its response.

  • Sessions can be in person in Los Angeles or virtual.

  • If you have tried everything, that tells me you're more ready than ever. It also tells me that those other things haven't gotten to the root of what's holding you back — and that's exactly where this work begins.

    Many approaches work with the mind or the body. This work integrates both.
