WHAT HAPPENS IN A SESSION?

Individual sessions are tailored to heal one’s challenges and activate your capacities to reach your goals. Sessions are designed using the method of Sophrology which is a blend of psychotherapy, hypnotherapy, mindfulness, zen and buddhist philosophies and Nidra and Raja yoga practices. The practice works based on neurplasticity backed research.

We begin by delving into breathing techniques to add to your toolkit to combat daily life challenges. Breathwork is profound not only for your mind but for healing your body.

We then practice the dynamic relaxation exercises to strengthen, balance and harmonize the body and mind, building wellbeing and joy into your life. You are brought into a relaxed consciousness between awake and asleep. Using these physical and mental activities, we change your brain waves to allow for deep relaxation and connection to the unconscious. It is in this state that we can begin the framework of neural transformation, healing trauma, recognizing positivity and becoming fully embodied. This segment of the session is recorded and given to you to support your transformation between sessions.

We then discuss how the exercise was for you to integrate it further into the body and mind.

The practice allows your innate wisdom and inner capacities of the body and mind to surface to your consciousness and catapult you into a life lived with more presence, joy and power.

Focused sessions

PAINFUL RELATIONSHIPS WITH FOOD

The Session works with individuals suffering with Eating Disorders; Anorexia, Bulimia, Binge eating and Emotional eating. The practice provides support and gentle adapted techniques to aide in the healing process. People suffering with eating disorders are completely cut off from the body and experience great anxiety and negative thoughts. We begin by slowly connecting to the body. We aim to create a safe space in which to explore and strengthen the self.

EVENT PREPARATION

The Session can boost your focus to prepare for exams, performances, or any kind of important event. We work on specific skills, building your focus, lessening anxiety whilst manifesting the results you seek.
