Each course offers multiple sessions to embed positive changes into the body, mind and spirit.

Sessions are available to be streamed anytime and are available for purchase. Courses are comprised of 20 minutes of practice a day. Learn breathwork to instantly relax and hone a toolkit to reduce stress in the moment as well as the philosophy behind the practice.

Sessions are available in person or on Zoom. Individual sessions are tailored to one’s needs and goals and last 50 minutes. Personalized recordings of each session are shared to continue your journey at home.
